Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving confirmation of payment.
- You will receive notification when your order has shipped.
- If there are any delays due to high order volume or supply chain issues, we’ll notify you promptly.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery time is 3-5 business days. These times are estimates and may be impacted by factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing etc.).
Free Shipping
We occasionally offer free standard shipping. A banner or pop-up on our website will alert buyers when we have a free shipping offer. Alternatively, buyers may receive an email offer for free shipping on their purchases.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping
How to Check Your Order Status
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at support@bookshelfbliss.onmicrosoft.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
