Who selects the physical assets?
Our selections are vetted by the Unit 3877 Analysis Team, focusing on authors with "insider" credibility (e.g., former intelligence officers, specialized journalists, and master novelists of the genre).
How do the shipping protocol work?
Physical assets are dispatched via USPS and scheduled to get to you by the 15th of every month. You will receive a tracking number once the asset has cleared the warehouse.
Does this service have global operational reach?
No. It is is currently reserved for operatives based in the US.
When will the upcoming month's asset be revealed?
You will receive a trigger message with that month's book on the 1st Monday of each month.
What if I already own the asset?
If you already own the upcoming book or wish to sit out a mission, log into the Command Portal (your Shopify account) within the 5-day window following the reveal to Skip or Pause your service.
Can I change my rank?
Affirmative. Just drop a one word trigger message with the header "Upgrade" or "Downgrade" - to support@bookshelfbliss.com. No content required in the body. Changes made after the 25th will take effect the following month.
Will the audio be compatible with my devices?
Station Chief audio assets are delivered via Libro.fm. They are compatible with all iOS and Android devices. Unlike other platforms, these files are DRM-free and yours to keep forever.
Are audio assets "Page Match" compatible on Spotify?

How do I terminate my commission?
We value your engagement, but you are free to go dark at any time. There are
no long-term contracts; cancellations can be processed instantly through the
Command Portal.
