Do I have to do both deeds to participate?
Not at all — every act counts on its own. Buy a book, donate to Kids Need to Read, or do both. There's no obligation and no minimum.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the US. Orders placed during Indie Bookstore Day typically dispatch within 1–2 business days.
Can I choose a book that isn't on the list?
Absolutely. The list is a curated starting point, not a prescription. If you know an indie author you love, search our full catalogue — any independent author qualifies

Is my donation tax-deductible?
